DIVINE TITAN

Music Duo, Divine Titan formed the latter part of 2007 to work in a collaborative effort to release "Divine Tital - Last Call." This was an original peice of work that has various styles of flowing (emceeing) and a unique array of beats.

Divine Titan is comprised of (2) young Native American men. Mic Titan born, Charles Escalanti, for the Xanar Xanar (turtle) Clan of the Quechan Indian Tribe and Ramiro Marquez, Jr., born to the Quechan People. Both artists have invested numerous hours honing their skills and developing their craft in an effort to share with the world and Indian Country a very real characterization of the trials of life. Divine Wind and Mic Titan both are artists associated with Cerebral Arts Entertainment, a production and music company that Mic Titan is co-owner of.

Most of the songs on Divine Titan's release "Last Call," are reminiscent of the dysfunction that they faced in their lives and in their communities. Largely, Divine Wind speaks about the affects that racism and insolence has taken on Native American people and correlates that into the societal outcome that many Natives experience today. Bringing to the album his own personal experiences or the situations he bore witness to by observing his community, Mic Titan speaks about the day to day trials that people have, he best characterizes that through his melodic and hard-hitting-to-the-truth lyrics. His lyrics allow you to see him in a truly vulnerable yet strengthening circumstance when he speaks about alochol abuse and the sadness, loneliness, and despair often brought about by it.

A major concept related to "Last Call" is that perhaps "Last Call" is the vehicle to allow new personal growth and in reality may be their own personal "Last Call" with the negative effects of alcohol and will allow them to embark on a whole different enlightening chapter of their life.

Divine Titan has opened itself to all colors of society, all walks of life, affluent, poor and white and brown, no matter your origin, "Last Call" offers you something that you can identify with and appreciate.
